Raghunath Temple, Kullu
The Raghunath Temple in the fascinating hill town of Kullu is one of the main attractions here. The temple is surrounded by an ancient legend that links it to Lord Rama. The idol of Lord Raghunath placed here is said to be the same as the one used by him. While the Raghunath temple draws its significance from the legend, its design and architecture borrows from the Pahari and pyramid styles. Apart from the spirituality surrounding the temple, the landscapes and views around it are equally alluring. The oldest temple in the valley, around and during Dussera, it is a place of festivity and colourfulness and has great religious significance for the locals in other ways too.
